This Privacy Policy explains how Comrad3arthlings Inc., operating as RevEyes Studio (“RevEyes Studio,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information when you:
visit reveyes.studio (the “Site”);
submit an inquiry or contact form;
communicate with us; or
otherwise interact with us through the Site.
RevEyes Studio is based in Ontario, Canada and may provide services to clients in Canada and other countries, including the European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.
APPLICABLE PRIVACY LAWS
RevEyes Studio handles personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws.
Where the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“EU GDPR”) or United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) applies to our processing of personal data, the additional rights and legal bases described in this Privacy Policy also apply.
For the purposes of the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, Comrad3arthlings Inc., operating as RevEyes Studio, is generally the controller of personal data collected directly through the Site.
ACCOUNTABILITY
RevEyes Studio is responsible for personal information under its control.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because our current processing activities do not appear to meet the conditions requiring mandatory appointment under Article 37 of the EU GDPR or the corresponding UK GDPR requirements.

When you visit the Site, Squarespace, Google Analytics and related technologies may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, subject to your cookie choices.

dates, times and duration of visits;
interactions with Site content and features;

Our current service providers include Squarespace, which hosts and supports the Site, and Google, which provides Google Analytics.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING AND TRANSFERS
RevEyes Studio is based in Canada, and information submitted directly to us may be processed in Canada.
Some of our service providers, including Squarespace and Google, may process or store information in the United States or other jurisdictions. Personal information processed outside your home jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies or governmental authorities in accordance with those laws.
Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, personal data transferred internationally will be handled using a legally recognized transfer mechanism where required, such as:
an applicable adequacy decision;
standard contractual clauses;
the United Kingdom’s international data-transfer mechanisms; or
another lawful safeguard implemented by the relevant service provider.
RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing completed before consent was withdrawn.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
We do not currently offer a newsletter signup through the Site.
If we introduce marketing communications in the future, we will send commercial electronic messages only where permitted by applicable law and will obtain consent where required.
You will be able to unsubscribe from marketing communications through the unsubscribe mechanism included in the message or by contacting us at hello@reveyes.studio.
We may still send non-promotional communications relating to an inquiry, agreement, transaction or existing business relationship.
FUTURE SITE FEATURES
We may introduce additional Site features in the future, including newsletter subscriptions, appointment scheduling or online payments.
If those features involve materially different collection, use or disclosure of personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice or consent required by law before or when those features are introduced.
We do not currently collect payment-card information through the Site.

The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website before submitting personal information.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adult users.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the Site. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
