These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://reveyes.studio (the “Site”).
The Site is owned and operated by Comrad3arthlings Inc., operating as RevEyes Studio (“RevEyes Studio,” “we,” “us” or “our”). RevEyes Studio is a strategy and systems studio that partners with founders, organizations and teams to design and strengthen the strategies, digital experiences and operational systems that support their work.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Site.
INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE
The content on the Site is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, technical or other professional advice.
Your use of the Site, submission of an inquiry or communication with RevEyes Studio does not create a client, advisory, partnership, employment or other professional relationship. Any engagement with RevEyes Studio will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content published or made available through it are owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Comrad3arthlings Inc.

case studies, project descriptions and compilations of content.
You may access and view the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
All third-party names, trademarks, content and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
PORTFOLIO & CASE STUDIES
The Site may contain descriptions of past projects, client engagements and project outcomes. These materials are provided to illustrate our experience and approach.
Past results do not guarantee similar outcomes for future clients. Results depend on the circumstances, resources, decisions and participation of each client or project.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to clients, collaborators or projects do not imply an ongoing relationship, endorsement or sponsorship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comrad3arthlings Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

your infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our own unlawful conduct, negligence or wilful misconduct.
